Do all items ship together?
Clothing and prints are handled by the same company so they will ship together. Stickers and the artbooks are handled by other companies so those will be separate packages.
Can I make a request for a drawing to be available for purchase through the site?
Yep yep! But please keep in mind I am limited in the amount of items I can have up at one time. Also keep in mind that older drawings that I have posted on Instagram may not be suitable for print due to resolution, quality, etc. In these cases I may not be able to upload that particular piece unless I "remaster" it at some point down the road.
If your request involves something other than a print I may not be able to add it to the site. Since production is outsourced I am only able to choose from a select group of merchandise/items. Send me a message and we can discuss specifics.
Do you ship packages personally?
All production/shipping is outsourced and I won't ship anything personally other than stickers. Stickers will be the only item as of now that I handle myself.
Can I change shipping options?
All shipping prices are for predetermined (not be me) flat rate options. I don't have control over these rates since production/shipping is outsourced and automated. I don't handle the products personally.
However, I am able to place orders manually and by placing manual orders I have more control. If you are curious about the shipping rates to your area through manual means please send me a message before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Most orders do have tracking numbers once they're shipped. If you don't automatically receive it or have a question about where your order is please let me know and I'll get that info to you ASAP. I think the only orders that won't have tracking are certain international orders.
